Among the “Ten Excellent Drafting Documents of Patent Application for Invention”, half of them come from Truer

On April 8, 2010, The Award Ceremony of the Election of Ten Excellent Drafting Documents of Patent Application for Invention, organized by Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality 

and the Intellectual Property Office of Futian District of Shenzhen, co-organized by Shenzhen Intellectual Property Society, was held at the conference hall, 5th floor, Shenzhen Shihua Hotel. The Secretary of the Party 

Leadership Group of Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality Mr. Youjun Xu, the Director of Coordination and Cooperation Division of Guangdong Intellectual Property Office Ms. Hong Xie, the 

Vice Director of the Patent Examination Affair Guidance Board of SIPO Mr. Guanle Wu, the Vice Director of Statute Division of Guangdong Intellectual Property Office Ms. Shufang Zhang, the Director of IP Division 

of Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality Mr. Yang Song attended the ceremony.

The moderator of the ceremony was the Director General of Shenzhen Intellectual Property Society Mr. Hanfan Yin, more than 100 people from IP firms and enterprises attended the ceremony.

The Director General of Shenzhen Intellectual Property Society Mr. Hanfan Yin introduce how the activities was developed for the “Election of Ten Excellent Drafting Documents of Patent Application for Invention” which

 was first held in Shenzhen. 150 drafting document of patent application for invention were submitted to attend the election.

The leaders and expert reviewers awarded the certificates to the prize-winners. Mr. Yaochun Jiang, the General Manage of China Truer IP made a presentation during the ceremony as winner. And all the other winners also made a speech to discuss and exchange their experience and understanding when drafting patent documents.
