Symposium on European Patent Application and Litigation was held successfully

The symposium on Europe Patent Application and Litigation was conducted very successfully. It was held by Shenzhen IP Bureau，Shenzhen IP Research Association and Shenzhen Truer Patent&Trademark Agent Co., ltd on April 20, 2005 in the meeting-room on 9F, Science Building, No 1003 Shangbu Middle Road of Shenzhen.

On the symposium, Dr. Ulla Allgayer, partner of KRAMER BARSKE SCHMIDTCHEN of Germany has given a wonderful presentation about handling of Patent Applications under the EPC and the comparison of the litigation systems in Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

This symposium had interested about 100 patent agents and IP principals of corporations such as Huawei, BYD and Konka. Li Ping, Director General of Shenzhen IP Bureau, Lan Hanling, Section Chief of Shenzhen IP Bureau and Yin Hanfan, Chairman of Shenzhen IP Research Association were all present.
