HOLIDAY SEASON The National Day

In celebration of The National Day in China, the State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China (SIPO) as well as China Truer IP will be closed from October 1, 2014 to October 7, 2014, but open on September 28 2014 (Sunday) and October 11, 2014(Saturday).
Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department (HKIPD) will be closed on October 1, 2014 for the National Day and October 2, 2014 for the Chung Yeung Festival Holiday.
Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. October 8, 2014 (for CN applications), and October 3, 2014(for HK applications).
