In celebration of the National Day in China, the State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China (SIPO) as well as China Truer IP will be closed from October 1, 2016 to October 7, 2016, but open on October 8, 2016(Saturday) and October 9, 2016(Sunday).
Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department (HKIPD) will be closed on October 1, 2016 for the National Day.
Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. October 10, 2016(for CN applications), and October 3, 2016(for HK applications).
