HOLIDAY SEASON Chinese Traditional Spring Festival

Due to upcoming holiday seasons in China, the State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China (SIPO) as well as China Truer IP will be closed from January 27, 2017 to February 2, 2017 in celebration of Chinese Traditional Spring Festival.
Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department (HKIPD) will be closed from January 28, 2017 to January 31, 2017 in celebration of Chinese Traditional Spring Festival.
Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. February 3, 2017 (for CN applications), and February 1, 2017 (for HK applications).
