Due to the upcoming holiday seasons in China,

China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), as well as China Truer IP will be closed from February 4, 2019 to February 10, 2019 in observance of the Lunar New Year.

The HKIPD will be closed from February 5, 2019 to February 7, 2019 in observance of the Lunar New Year.

Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. February 11, 2019 (for CN applications), and February 8, 2019 (for HK applications).
