In celebration of New Year 2022, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and China Truer IP will be closed on the following dates:

From January 1, 2022, Saturday to January 3, 2022, Monday.

Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department (HKIPD) will be closed on January 1, 2022(Saturday).

Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. January 4, 2022 (for CN applications).
