Dear Colleagues,

In celebration of Chinese Traditional Spring Festival, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), as well as China Truer IP will be closed on the following dates:

From February 10, 2024, Saturday to February 17, 2024, Saturday.

HKIPD will be closed on February 10, 2024(Saturday), February 12, 2024 (Monday) and February 13, 2024(Tuesday).

Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. February 18, 2024 (for CN applications), and February 14, 2024 (for HK applications).

Should you have some urgent cases where the deadline falls on these days, please kindly instruct us in advance at cases-to-cn@cypatent.com and sz001@cypatent.com, so that the case can be fully prepared for timely filing.
