In celebration of Qingming Festival, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), as well as China Truer IP will be closed on following dates:

From April 4, 2024, Thursday to April 6, 2024, Saturday.

HKIPD will be closed on April 4, 2024, Thursday.

Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. April 8, 2024, Monday.

Should you have some urgent cases where the deadline falls on these days, please kindly instruct us in advance at cases-to-cn@cypatent.com and sz001@cypatent.com, so that the case can be fully prepared for timely filing.
