Dear Colleagues:

In celebration of Chinese Traditional Spring Festival, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), as well as China Truer IP will be closed on the following dates:

From January 28, Tuesday to February 4, 2025, Tuesday.

HKIPD will be closed on January 29, Wednesday to January 31, 2025, Friday.

Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. February 5, 2025 (for CN applications), and February 3, 2025 (for HK applications).

Should you have some urgent cases where the deadline falls on these days, please kindly instruct us in advance at cases-to-cn@cypatent.com and sz001@cypatent.com, so that the case can be fully prepared for timely filing.
