In celebration of Dragon Boat Festival, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), as well as China Truer IP will be closed on the following dates:

From Friday, June 19, 2026 to Sunday, 21 June 2026.

HKIPD will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026.

Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. June 22, 2026 (both for CN and HK applications).

Should you have some urgent cases where the deadline falls on these days, please kindly instruct us in advance at cases-to-cn@cypatent.com and sz001@cypatent.com, so that the case can be fully prepared for timely filing.
